Ways to Join

If you are a retired state worker and you want to join RSEA, you can do it in one of two ways.

1. By Phone: You can call and have your monthly dues of $1.50 ($18 yearly) deducted from the retirement check you receive each month. Call 1-866-938-0961 and leave your name, your telephone number and Social Security number and say "I want to pay my dues the Direct Withdrawal way." No stamps, no lickin', no stickin', no hassle. Each month $1.50 will be deducted from your check.


2. By Mail: You can fill out the membership application and send it along with your check for $18 for yearly dues to:

Proceed to the membership application.

3.  By Credit Card: access our PayPal account through BestForAllLa.com.

Active employees and others may also join by completing the membership application and mailing it along with their check for $18 to RSEA at the address
shown above OR by credit card via our PayPal account which can be accessed through BestForAllLa.com.
