Board of Directors
The RSEA constitution provides that the association is governed by a board of directors, a representative sampling of the retiree population of the state. Composing the board are its officers, the presidents of the nine local chapters, at-large statewide members, directors emeritus and ex-officio members representing LASERS and the Office of Group Benefits which administers the state's health insurance program.
